Just when we thought we’d run out of acronyms we get “ICHRA!?” Wondering what the heck it is? The new Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) became available in January 2020 thanks to recent Federal rules. For the first time, employers of any size can reimburse their employees for individual health plans. 

In this course we will answer questions, including: What is it and how does it work? Which types of employer clients are eligible? What can we learn from early adopters? Prior to Take Command, Kyle led growth efforts at Oscar Health, starting in Texas. During Kyle's tenure, Oscar, a consumer-focused technology-enabled health insurance company, grew from covering 40,000 to 400,000 lives across 15 states. Before Oscar, Kyle was a strategy and operations consultant with Deloitte focusing on health insurance clients. Kyle has a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Northwestern University.
