ICHRA: Is It a Good Fit For my Clients? (#123291)
Time & Location
About the Event
Just when we thought we’d run out of acronyms we get “ICHRA!?” Wondering what the heck it is? The new Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) became available in January 2020 thanks to recent Federal rules. For the first time, employers of any size can reimburse their employees for individual health plans.
In this course we will answer questions, including: What is it and how does it work? Which types of employer clients are eligible? What can we learn from early adopters? How do we help our clients implement a compliant solution? Learn from a fellow licensed agent who has already helped clients setup this new employee benefits model.
