Teri introduced the concept of employee engagement at a Blue Cross parent company Health Care Service Corporation, leading the program for 22,000 employees with improved year-over-year results in scores and response rates.
This luncheon will focus on how an overwhelmed business owner creates an engaged environment for employees. It includes alignment and inclusion, communication, goal-setting, course correction and recognition.
