Ken Barge is the Co-Owner and President of Egrab Services and has over 25 years of business experience including Human Resources management and HR Consulting, Operations, Leadership development, Business Development and Training. Ken holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.  He is a member of SHRM and is an active member within the community and his church. He is a current board member of Involved for Life,(The Source)  and a former board member of 90.9 KCBI and the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters

Hillary Lynch is a Senior Attorney with Thompson Coe in Dallas, Texas. She is a persuasive litigation team leader backed by extensive results and practice-area expertise spanning: employment, commercial, professional liability, product liability, premises liability, and oil and gas. Her results are packed with passionate representation of clients in complex legal matters in both state and federal courts. With mastered written work product, she obtains proven success in achieving summary judgment dismissals, advantageous settlements and favorable verdicts. Professionally, she excels in advocating for her client’s story that is simple and makes sense of the messy disputes between parties. 

Charlene Ledford Layne is a Safety Professional with experience in multiple lines of business. Prior to working in the safety industry Charlene studied law and trained as a Paralegal. Holding the designation of Safety Health and Environmental Professional, Certified Safety and Health Official in Construction and General Industry as well as being an OSHA Outreach Trainer and OSHA Authorized Trainer in both, Charlene is an asset to a broad client base. Having held tenure positions as Director of Safety for large General Contractors in the Construction industry, Charlene was also able to gain experience in the oil and gas industry having been contractor to such companies as Chevron, BP, ExxonMobil and ConocoPhillips. At present, Charlene is a Risk Control Professional working with a varied client group in the manufacturing, steel fabricating, warehousing, construction, oil and gas, healthcare, hospitality industries as well as other general business clientele.
