Taylor graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.A. in Sociology and earned her MBA from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She is a SHRM Certified Professional, licensed as a General Lines Agent, and has served on the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters Board of Directors since 2017.
