RoseMary Deininger has been an Employee Benefits professional since 1990 and holds the designations of Health Insurance Associate from the Health Insurance Association of America and Registered Health Underwriter from the American College. Currently Vice President of Waldman Bros. Employee Benefits Division, her experience includes working for two national insurance carriers, healthcare professionals and an international brokerage. It was her pleasure to participate in the Texas Health Choice Advisory Committee 2000 and the Aetna Producer Advisory Council 2002. She has been a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters since 1994 having held the positions of NAHU Region VI Media Chair, Texas Legislative Events Chair, Dallas Federal Legislative Chair and now DAHU Secretary. In 2004 RoseMary was the recipient of the first DAHU Leadership Award. In her spare time she does fundraising for several charitable organizations and is active in her Arlington community.

Valerie has been a DAHU member since 1993 and a DAHU Board Member since 2002, first serving as Awards Chair, now currently serving as 2006-2007 DAHU Secretary in conjunction with the DAHU Executive Committee. Valerie has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry and is currently a Professional Employer Consultant at Oasis Outsourcing, providing Human Resources Services, Payroll Administration, Employee Benefits, Risk Management and Liability to employer groups across the nation. In the past, Valerie has worked with different companies in the capacity as Sr. Account Manager, Sr. Account Executive, Director, Vice President, and at her own broker/consulting firm, as President/Owner.

Kathy is currently a member of the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters, National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors, National Association of Female Executives and Executive Women’s Golf Association.  She belonged to the Women’s Life Underwriters and served on various committees

Mike has been with UniCare in Texas since their acquisition of Mass Mutual in 1996. He has over 19 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. He currently manages both Sales & Account Management for the North Texas & Oklahoma territories. In 2007, Mike was appointed to the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters Board of Directors as the Strategic Membership Chair. He is a graduate of Niagara University and received his CPA designation while working in Public Accounting. He is married with 3 children.
