Successful group health insurance sales and service office located in North Dallas on Addison border needs a self-motivated, highly organized, productive and efficient individual to join our team for inside sales and service.
This individual will be involved with all aspects of our relationship with the client employer, including extensive written and telephone contact with employer representatives and employees on matters ranging from regular service issues (eligibility, billing, enrollment and claims) to renewal options. This person will also document and update files and computer system and help with case prepwork.
Applicant must have extensive knowledge of small group health market and strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows XP Professional, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Outlook. Applicant must also be able to multi-task and prioritize assignments, as our business is deadline-oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Professional attire and attitude essential. General Lines Agent: Life, Accident, Health and HMO license (a.k.a. Group 1) preferred.
